Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring aBOUT Do have experience of working in elderly care, with the passion to make a difference?, ’ll also have previous supervisory experience from the health and social care sector, including; managing rotas and payroll, performance reviews, interviewing and inductions for new starters, and Alongside being confident in working on your own and being able to use your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries.
