Responsibilities: The advert points to work with residents of The Salvation Army, Isle of Wight Homelessness Service (Ryde), help us to provide personalised intervention programmes, supporting our residents on their individual journeys from the street to home through the Stages of the Isle of Wight Homelessness Pathway, achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients, and include developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring be able to demonstrate: The ability to work well in a team A positive attitude and a high level of motivation towards supporting clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes Good verbal and written communication skills Being solution focused and show good time management skills.
