Responsibilities: The advert points to the post holder will ensure the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing for our rooms (not apartments) whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets and filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue, Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels, Assist at Sales and Marketing events with special emphasis on preparation for and coordination of all sales events and exhibitions, and ensure sales targets are met, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
