Responsibilities: The advert points to join our team as Community Mission Lead, play a key role in developing and delivering mission and ministry activities that support people of all ages and backgrounds to experience community, belonging and the transforming love of Jesus, Working alongside the Corps Leadership Team, volunteers, divisional colleagues and local partners, the post holder will help lead a programme of worship, discipleship, pastoral care and community engagement that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families within Braintree, and support the development and delivery of the corps' spiritual and mission programme, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
