Hospitality Assistant - Anchor - The Mill House Skipton Hospitality Assistant with Anchor in The Mill House Skipton is a people-focused role involving work to shift patterns are 08:00 - 18:00pm incorporating every other weekend. Responsibilities: The advert points to deliver a first-class hospitality service throughout the home, Key Responsibilities: Serving meals, snacks, and beverages in a professional and caring manner Supporting with mealtime preparation and clearing Ensuring dining and communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming Providing friendly interaction with residents, encouraging independence and dignity Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness as required Working collaboratively with the care and kitchen teams What We’re Looking For: A positive, approachable attitude with a genuine desire to help others Good communication and team working skills Willingness to learn – no previous experience necessary (full training provided) Flexibility to work alternate weekends A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service Required knowledge & experience: Level 2 food safety certificate, and us all, whether you manage colleagues as part of your role or not, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
