Responsibilities: The advert points to 10am - 3:15pm Pay rate: £13.39 - £13.49 Working as a team our Maintenance Operatives ensure that the property is maintained, and kept in a good state of repair at all times, by quickly carrying out minor repairs, undertaking pre-emptive repair work, and performing checks on structure, infrastructure and equipment, provide first response to all repairs to identify the fault and repair or refer to Asset Management/nominated contractor, and ensure lights are operational and a VFM service is provided, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
