Employment details: Contract: Permanent – 2 roles available 1x 37.5 hrs per week 1x 30 hrs per week Salary: £42,000 per annum (pro rata where applicable) 're looking for an experienced Lead Employee Relations Specialist to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, legally compliant and coaching-led Employee Relations service across organisation and 'll allocate and oversee workload, provide coaching and guidance, support professional development, be a point of escalation and ensure employee relations and HR administration activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.
