Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring combining Employee Relations expertise, employment law knowledge and strong people leadership, 'll lead a team delivering expert advice, operational excellence and continuous improvement, Acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, 'll help shape an efficient and scalable People Services Delivery function that builds manager capability, enhances colleague experience and delivers practical and commercially focused people solutions, 'll use this insight to provide proactive advice, identify risks and opportunities early, and deliver people solutions that support business performance and colleague experience, and Act as the organisation's senior Employee Relations expert, applying deep employment law knowledge and commercial judgement to minimise risk, support decision-making and ensure people practices remain legally compliant, pragmatic and aligned to best practice.
