Responsibilities: The advert points to support business priorities across OSJCT care home sites in the East Region, A Peri Manager is responsible for our ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home that they manage, the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision, and The post holder will maintain a strong relationship with CQC, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
