Responsibilities: The advert points to have senior education leadership and management experience to be able to take forward our arrangements for school self-evaluation, curriculum support and education policy in early learning, primary and secondary schools, provide guidance and support to schools and early learning centres to continually adapt and improve to meet the needs of all children and young people, ensure that the Council delivers its priorities and outcomes for young people whilst meeting its statutory obligations for children 2-18 and to implement strategic and operational arrangements in our schools and early learning centres, and This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
