Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring make adjustments throughout your application process, in line with Sanctuary’s commitment to Disability Confident employer status, ’re excited to welcome a new Technology Enabled Care Co-ordinator to team, where focus on the small, everyday interactions that help people feel supported, confident and connected, and Your role Coordinate project activities to support smooth delivery, effective planning, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders Support the introduction of new digital technologies, helping to ensure a seamless rollout and a positive experience for customers and colleagues Work closely with internal teams, technology partners and suppliers to integrate solutions that enhance service delivery Support care projects with external customers, including large-scale analogue to digital onboarding programmes Monitor project compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements, making recommendations to help ensure projects stay on track and fully compliant Your skills Communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English Build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders Use Microsoft 365 confidently at an intermediate level Share updates and information clearly to support effective planning and service delivery Contribute to projects and programmes that support the Group’s values and objectives Your rewards deserve more than the basics.
